Lola at reception was lovely and helpful and we were lucky enough to be able to check in early. The room decor was great and there was enough space to feel comfortable even if staying for a while. The room was facing the inner courtyard so it was very quiet. Facilities in the room were good, including basic kitchen equipment. Room temperature and controls were fine, even if not super accurate. We travelled in off peak season so the price was reasonable. The location was brilliant, with easy access to everywhere in central London by foot or by public transport. The decor was definitely a highlight, I really liked the ceiling colour in particular (and the colour theme throughout the room, kitchen section and bathroom). Really enjoyed the stay and would happily return!

Location was excellent. Having a studio meant we could have a breakfast and some meals in the Hotel room. I am Coeliac so finding gluten free food can sometimes be a problem. Pizza Express was right beside the Hotel, which had gluten free options, was a bonus. Easy walking distance to Convent Garden, the West End and the Underground. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Complimentary coffee was lovely. Were offered a complimentary breakfast but did not need this. Staff helpful and friendly. If we'd stayed longer would have used the launderette or gym.

We stayed in a newly renovated studio with twin beds. It was spacious enough for 2 - a great layout with a kitchen area and breakfast bar/stools, coffee making facilities too. Small sofa to sit on. Good wardrobes, storage, safe etc. Great shower room. Great location on Holborn, just a 2 minute stroll from the Holborn tube station. Now that the renovation appears complete, there is nothing not to like about the Citadines. It is modern, well designed and clean. Will definitely be returning and have already recommended to friends.

Staff are great, helpful and friendly as always. Location is perfect, it's only 1 min way from bus stop, 4 mins away from Holborn Station and 10 min way from Covent Garden. Drinks (Water, Coffee & Tea) and Snack (Fruits) were available all the time in Lobby for FREE. We will be back for sure.
